Our journey began in 1993 with a simple mission: to provide high-quality, reliable outdoor services to our neighbors. Over the years, we’ve grown from a small, local operation into a trusted name in property maintenance, known for our dedication to excellence and our commitment to customer satisfaction.
In 2009, we rebranded to reflect our expanding range of services and our growing customer base, officially becoming Nate’s Property Maintenance. In 2024, we took the next step in our evolution, becoming Nate’s Property Maintenance LLC. This transition marks not just a new chapter in our business, but also our unwavering dedication to serving our clients with the highest standards of professionalism and care.
Where It All Started
Established in 1993. I chose to work in this industry because at age eleven I began my own lawn care company and it just grew from there. Upon moving from CO to MN in 2009, we changed the name to Nate’s Property Maintenance from our former landscaping and tree company, Greens & Things.
We have been operating Nate’s Property Maintenance, focusing on primarily tree work, in the Brainerd Lakes Area since May of 2009. We recently changed our business formation to Nate’s Property Maintenance LLC on March 13, 2024.
A Husband & Wife Team
Nate and Carmen Maendel run Nate’s Property Maintenance LLC together. Carmen handles all the business operations on the home front while Nate works with their clients and NPM Team on the job sites. They focus on service and truly demonstrate that “Service is More than a Transaction” as a husband and wife team.
